• Hotel pickup area: Free hotel pickup is available in southern Ishigaki, from ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort to Fusaki Beach Resort.
• Pickup booking time: To use hotel pickup, complete your booking by 5:00 PM the day before your tour.
• Meeting point: If you do not use hotel pickup, meet at Euglena Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal.
• Meeting landmark: Go to the red mailbox by the central entrance of Euglena Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal.
• Final details: You receive your exact meeting time and place by message on the day before the tour.
• Schedule changes: Tour times may shift slightly depending on tide and weather conditions.
• Luggage: There is no luggage storage during the tour, but coin lockers are available at the ferry terminal.
• Shower facility: You can use a free hot-shower room near the ferry terminal after the tour, but amenities are not included.
• Weather: The tour operates in light rain, but if conditions are unsafe, the tour will be canceled and you will be offered another date or a full refund.
• Contact lenses: You can safely join the tour while wearing contact lenses.
