What to bring

• Swimwear and towel: Bring your own swimwear and a towel for snorkelling at the reef.
• Sun protection: Pack reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for all-day sun exposure.

• Minimum age: The minimum guest age is 12 months, and infants under 12 months cannot travel.
• Child supervision: Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Swimming comfort: You should be comfortable in and around the water to join this snorkel tour.
• Townsville check-in: Check in at The Docks, 108 Flinders Street, Townsville City at 7:30am for an 8:00am departure.
• Magnetic Island check-in: Check in at Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal at 8:15am for an 8:30am pickup.
• Medical conditions: Notify staff of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or mobility issues before booking.
• Safety briefings: Follow all crew directions, safety briefings, and operational instructions throughout the tour.
• Operator discretion: Poseidon Adventure may refuse boarding or restrict participation for safety reasons.
• Weather changes: Tour operations may be adjusted due to weather, sea state, tide, or other safety considerations.
• Cancellation policy: Up to 48 hours before start for a refund minus a 1.9% processing fee; up to 24 hours before start to reschedule or convert to a gift voucher; within 24 hours of start is non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
