What to bring

• Bring cash to pay the Turtle care program fee of 400 MXN per person, which is not included and must be paid on the day of the experience.

What's not allowed

• The use of any type of sunscreen is not allowed during the swimming with turtles activity.
• Pets are not permitted on this experience.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• Strollers are not permitted, and infant seats are unavailable.
• There is no public transportation nearby, so private transport or arranged pick-up is required.

Additional information

• The total tour time, including transportation, is between 5 and 6 hours, depending on your accommodation location.
• For operational reasons, the cenote visited may be changed to one with similar characteristics.
• Pick-up service is provided for most hotels; if unavailable, a nearby meeting point will be arranged.
• For Tulum hotels, the meeting point is Hotel Andreas at 9:15am, as there is no hotel pick-up in Tulum.
• Drop-off to Tulum is via public transportation, and the ticket will be paid by staff.
• This experience is not recommended for pregnant travelers.
• Infants must sit on laps during transportation.
