This tour is not recommended for pregnant women.

This tour is not suitable for people with health issues such as respiratory or circulatory problems, high blood pressure, otitis media, diabetes, or epilepsy.

It is required of guests aged 19 and below to bring a signed letter of consent from their parent or legal guardian.

To ensure safety, guests aged 60 and above will not be permitted to go swimming or snorkeling unless they can produce a document from their doctor that permits them to do so.
