What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name of your booking.

• Carry a copy of your ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the observatory.

• Pets are not allowed at the observatory.

• Food and beverages are not permitted in the observation areas.

• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited within the premises.

• Carrying sharp objects, firearms, and chemical substances is strictly prohibited.

Accessibility

• The observatory is accessible to wheelchair users and visitors with limited mobility.

Additional information

• Your ticket is only valid for the date and time it's purchased for.

• Make sure to check the weather for the day you're booking your tickets; clear skies mean uninterrupted views.

• There are no age restrictions for visitors to the Sky Costanera.

• Infants between the ages of 0 and 4 can enter the observatory for free.

• Children between 5 and 12 years get discounted pricing.

• Sky Costanera is open between 10am and 10pm from Monday to Sunday. Last entry is at 9pm.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
