Really easy process to enter with the tickets saved to my apple wallet. No need to wait in an extra line. The zoo itself is well maintained with a large variety of animals. Highlights are the koala area and the seal/sea lion show.

Everything went very smoothly. Zoo was great and ferry ride great as well. Ferry staff friendly. Enjoyable day out. Lots of people at the zoo considering it was a wet day. Will return.

Great way to pre purchase tickets to Taronga Zoo (and other attractions), we used it for three different venues and at each one were able to skip the line to get straight in! The Zoo was amazing, we go to Zoos everywhere and this one is now a favourite - we will definitely come back again and pre-book with Headout.

This visit was super smooth and easy given the tickets we bought! Getting to the ferry, the zoo, and back was so simple! These tickets were a perfect way to make this visit easier than it may have been had we not bought this bundle!

Really enjoyed our time there but felt like there wasn't enough time to see all the animals and sights even though we got to the zoo really early and didn't leave until closing. However all the team were lovely and very helpful with finding our way around and there's a good selection of snacks and drinks around. The animals look so beautifully looked after.

Had such a wonderful experience at Taronga Zoo Sydney! The place was clean, well-organized, and perfect for families. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making the visit even more enjoyable. The animal exhibits were amazing and well cared for, and the view overlooking Sydney Harbour was absolutely breathtaking. It was both fun and educational for the kids and adults alike. A beautiful place to spend quality time with family, relax, and create unforgettable memories. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Sydney! 🦒🐨🦘

Your ticket grants entry to Taronga Zoo and access to its themed wildlife trails and habitats. Arrive at the zoo entrance, collect a map and check the daily schedule to plan your visit. If you've selected a ferry option, enjoy a return ferry ride from your chosen departure point before or after your zoo visit.

What to expect

See 5,000+ animals: Spot giraffes, koalas, Sumatran tigers, red pandas, meerkats, and many more species across the zoo's spacious habitats.

Explore themed wildlife trails: Discover areas such as Nura Diya Australia, African Savannah, Tiger Trek, and the Amphibian & Reptile Conservation Centre, each offering a different perspective on wildlife.

Learn from expert keepers: Attend daily keeper talks and animal presentations to discover fascinating facts about the animals and learn more about Taronga's conservation efforts.

Add ferry transfers: Selected ticket options include a return ferry ride from Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Manly, or Watsons Bay, giving you a scenic way to travel to and from the zoo.

What to bring

Bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottle, insect repellent, a camera for your visit.

What’s not allowed

Animals, ball, balloon, bicycle, scooter, skateboard, roller blades, audio equipment, musical instrument, alcohol or illegal substances are not allowed inside the venue.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/ stroller accessible. Wheelchairs and prams are available for hire at the zoo.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. Ensure you give 48 hours notice prior to your visit to ensure the best welcome for your dog and complete a short online form with accreditation and vaccination records to help the venue staff prepare.
