I really enjoyed the wonderful time I spent with my friend exploring the city from the water; we sipped on some Aperol and admired the beautiful architecture—thanks, thanks :))

De cruise was fenomanal with a briljant live speaker. The DDR museum was very interesting but way too crowded and warm and moist: I fled the building!

Check-in went really smoothly and the staff were very friendly...... Guido was very nice and very knowledgeable. He had a good grasp of the subject matter and was able to convey it very well in a charming way. He didn’t just share interesting facts but also little tidbits on the side, such as pointing out a pair of coots nesting. That made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. There was even filter coffee on the boat, for which we were apologized to. But it was anything but a bad thing—it was a very positive experience. Where can you still get filter coffee these days? I should mention that my friends and I are in our 60s. The filter coffee was just right. We can only thank you for the wonderful day on the Franzisk...

The ride was very nice. The personal commentary was especially good. With other cruise lines, I’m used to hearing recorded announcements. Having a real person—and such a friendly one at that—made it very pleasant. It was very windy and chilly, so the windows were closed. That made the ride more comfortable.
