Easy process for Ticketing to getting to the boarding area. Staff is helpful at every touch point. Sam was our tour guide and the best storyteller. We all get so lucky to be on the boat with him to listen to the story of a Chicago, the river, the evolution of the architecture and more. Simply Superb!

Let's face it - the guide is the person that makes or breaks the tour. We had a fantastic guide. Humor, knowledge - he had it all. I suggest the 2nd to last cruise that ends up in the twilight and you see the buildings in the dark. Obviously time of year will change which cruise that is.

I thoroughly enjoyed the architectural cruise! Our guide, Liz, was exceptionally knowledgeable and entertaining, bringing the city’s architecture and history to life. We were given plenty of opportunities to take beautiful photographs throughout the tour. The onboard bar was reasonably priced, and the bartender was incredibly friendly. The young men assisting on the boat were polite and professional, and the captain warmly addressed everyone shortly after boarding. We would definitely recommend this tour—it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

This is the second time we have done the tour. The information is always slightly different based on who is leading, but point out all the main buildings, love how they interact with crowd and answer questions at certain points on tour. Provide some great comments to keep kids interested as well.

We did the cruise at sunset and got to see the beautiful sunset colors shining through. The different architecture and history was amazing, Dillon gave a very entertaining, knowledgeable historicalbackground of all the buildings.
