Suffocating heat, not enough air conditioning It was hard to hear the explanations because people were talking and chatting without paying attention to the guide’s comments; in that case, the guide should have stepped in Otherwise, the guide was great and the tour was very interesting. A little more air conditioning would have been nice—it was suffocating

The guide, Florian, was great. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and funny! I docked a star purely as they felt a little unorganised at the beginning and only gave the drinks etc toward the end of the cruise so it felt a bit rushed.

From the moment we got to the entrance until the moment we disembarked we were greeted by happy faces and great service, even having the captain wipe down our seats for us. The live commentary was amazing - in English and French. It was informative and funny. A lovely glass of wine and a canele just topped it off. Thank you for a wonderful cruise.
