Very friendly bus driver. Waited 1.5 hours for the bus. Was supposed to start at 10.00 am at the starting point and the bus arrived at 11.30 am at the trade fair stop. This meant we had less time in the city. No notification by e-mail. The service could not be reached by phone, only in the chat.... It will be taken care of. Not an accurate statement.
