    It was a fantastic experience. The boat was lovely, and the crew was very friendly. However, there was an issue. We arrived at the meeting point and on-time, but when they took us to the boat, all the good seats were already taken.

    The trip was pleasant and comfortable. I recommend arriving early to secure the best seats. There aren't many snacks and drinks, but there is a bar for purchase. There's a stop on the Asian side, so 20 minutes isn't enough time for a walk or lunch. The crew is friendly and helpful. The guide is very informative, and if you're interested, you can listen to him in English. Overall, I enjoyed the trip.

    Trip was good but there was a delay in emailing ticket to me.boat trip was 1.40 and ticket was only emailed at 2.20.it was the efficiency of the staff at the jetty which helped us at boarding

    We loved the Palace tour. There was so much history to see. Our only issue was that we had two sets of information about the cruise. We thought it was within walking distance of the Palace but we ended up having to take the tram to a different location. A heads up about that would have been appreciated. We did like having the audio tour for the cruise and loved seeing the different buildings and learning about the history that took place along the river.
