I saved myself some waiting time. And I was able to take more time during the visit and appreciate as many of the works of art as possible, since the whole complex is quite large.

The audio guide was poorly organized. My older cell phone could not download everything. had to leave the cathedral because there was no reception inside. then the individual "stations" were not well signposted, you had to search for the individual stations discussed and that in a completely crowded cathedral. some I did not find at all. Suggestion: mark the individual meeting stations on a map.

The Cathedral of Siena is a masterpiece. By far the most beautiful church I have ever seen! Especially the flooring is unique . Buying tickets online allowed us to avoid a very long line. Within minutes we were already in possession of tickets to get in and visit the Duomo!!! Outstanding!
