Booking tickets online saved us from hours of queing at the ticket office, in the baking sun I might add. A little bit tricky to find the counter where one present the booking code to redeem tickets, but it worked out in the end.

Much easier booking online and getting in the fast track queue. But didn't realise until we had stood out in the sun for 20 mins! Magnificent cathedral once we got in, quite superb and better than the Duomo in Florence!

The people at the ticket office and cathedral were super helpful and kind. Used the app easy enough with directions. Absolutely beautiful place. Lady in the shop helped us purchase necklaces and spent a good amount of time helping my sister and I decide.
