Easy booking. Direct email of ticket QR code which was also applicable on the Tower entrance. No conversion of a QR code to physical ticket was required. Smooth quick entry was ensured. Smooth entry even full that day. Experienced to see 360 degree panoramic at 119th floor. However the resto is quite expensive with less menu. Overall nice vislt especially went to 126th floor to see Tuned Mass Damper ,The "Eye of Shanghai" Damper and watch Light and Sound Performance

The ordering process on the website was super easy. But to get the QR code for the tickets, you had to download the app, and linking it to the email was a bit of a hassle. But we managed it in the end and were able to enjoy the view of the sunset. We received all the information about the meeting point.

All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The ride up with the elevator was the first exciting experience. The view absolutely amazing and downwards speed of 10 m/s. Like free falling. Acceleration and slowing down was so soft. Incredible. I can fully recommend the tour.

Ease of buying ticket. But, it was not easy to retrieve it. I like to get the ticket on my email. The view from the tower was spectacular.

What to expect
