Standing high above one of the most impressive cities in the world and looking out over its incredible skyline is an experience I won't forget anytime soon. The panoramic views of the skyscrapers, the Huangpu River, and the vast city stretching into the distance are simply breathtaking. What makes this attraction so special is the perspective it gives you — Shanghai's scale, architecture, and energy become truly astonishing when viewed from above. The ability to book the ticket online in advance is great. We had almost no waiting time at the entrance. The staff is very friendly and makes a great effort to ensure everything runs smoothly. Once at the top, the view is fantastic. The options for relaxing and having a refreshment are okay. The souvenir sellers are sometimes a bit annoying, but simply walking past them is enough.

Easy booking. Direct email of ticket QR code which was also applicable on the Tower entrance. No conversion of a QR code to physical ticket was required. Smooth quick entry was ensured. Query response was very good and when the ticket was not being discovered on email, a quick email reply was sent with the QR code of the ticket.

All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The ride up with the elevator was the first exciting experience. The view absolutely amazing and downwards speed of 10 m/s. Like free falling. Acceleration and slowing down was so soft. Incredible. I can fully recommend the tour.

Easy to purchase. I couldn't download the app for some reason but a quick response from the team came with an email containing the required method of entry. Great views from the top, does get busy tho esp at sunset. Preferred the daytime view
