• This offer is for non-Korean passport holders only.

• You'll be able to enter Lotte World directly upon your arrival with these tickets. However, since they do not guarantee a reservation for a timeslot, you might have to wait in line for the elevator.

• On Korean public holidays or special occasions, the queues may run long. In this case, the staff may not issue physical tickets on-site. Please contact us to amend the ticket or get a full refund.

• A safety check will be conducted at the entrance.

• There will be no refund in case of closure of facilities.

• Depending on the number of visitors, the operation of the Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and Photo Zone, might change without notice for safety reasons.

• The Sky Terrace might be closed if:

• Weather warnings have been issued (heavy rain, strong winds, yellow/fine dust, etc.)

• Heavy rainfall of 5mm or more per hour

• The difference between indoor-outdoor temperatures is 20°C or greater.
