The tour of the Semperoper impressed us deeply. A fascinating building with a moving history. The lady (Susanne) who led yesterday's tour shone with her friendly personality and 100% professional expertise. My wife and I will certainly be attending an official event at the Semperoper in appropriate attire in the near future. Thank you very much for these opportunities. Dresden is really great. Best regards, Ralf and Steffi Weschenfelder.

Our tour guide gave a very engaging talk about the Semper Opera House and its architectural history. We learned a lot about the restoration work and the special techniques used. She was easy to understand. She also shared a few little anecdotes along the way. It was a wonderful experience.

Yesterday
It was short enough not to get boring and long enough to feel well-informed. It was just a shame that the stage was blocked by the "iron curtain."

Such a loving, personal, and insightful tour of this opera house and its history. Definitely worth seeing—even for children and teens. It’s pleasantly cool in the summer and very entertaining at 45 minutes. We didn’t take advantage of the 3-euro additional fee for taking photos.

We had booked tickets for the guided tour of the Semper Opera House on July 31, 2026, at the very last minute. The friendly lady was very knowledgeable, the tour was very thorough, and we made good use of our time. The interior of the Semper Opera House was very beautiful and impressive.

The tour of the Semperoper was fantastic. We were guided through the building in an entertaining and lighthearted way, and we were told and shown many interesting things that we hadn't known before and that really amazed us. I highly recommend it.
    • Explore a lush Amazonian rainforest within a 19th-century gas tank and visit the Semperoper—no need for two tickets, one covers it all.

    • With only a 15-minute drive between them, visiting Panometer Dresden and the Semperoper in one day is a breeze.

    • You can see them together like many do, or space them out and enjoy them by picking different days.

  • Panometer Dresden

    • Entry to Panometer Dresden

    Semperoper Tour

    • 45-minute guided tour of Semperoper

    • English/German-speaking guide (as per option selected)

    • Entry to Semperoper

  • You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.

The tour guide spoke with great enthusiasm about the history of the opera house. It was like a solo performance at the opera. It was a lively narrative.
