Visiting the Dubai Frame was a delightful experience for my wife and me. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and we were pleased to see many families with children enjoying their time there as well. The staff were wonderful, always ready to assist and enhance our visit. The views from the top were simply breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city. However, it was a bit disappointing that they didn’t provide cold water but that said, there was a good selection of other drinks, including hot beverages, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely café located downstairs. Overall, our visit to the Dubai Frame was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a day out in Dubai.

As Japanese visitors, we were a bit worried if the website was safe, but everything worked perfectly. The tickets were much cheaper than expected, and the whole experience was smooth and reliable. I bought this combo ticket (Dubai Frame + Global Village) for my first trip to Dubai with my girlfriend and it was really a great experience. Being Japanese, we were a little worried about the security of the site at first, but we were relieved to find that it worked smoothly and without any problems. We were also surprised that the tickets were cheaper than we had imagined. I highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Dubai!

From booking to entering the Dubai Frame, the entire experience was seamless. The staff were warm and welcoming, and everything was well-organised from start to finish. We arrived early at 9am, so there were no lines, allowing us to move through quickly yet still take our time to enjoy the visit. The views are absolutely fantastic — especially with the Dubai Frame’s location offering a clear look at the palaces and surrounding landmarks. Highly recommended!

    The skip the line part was only on the ticket counter and not the actual queue passed the ticket gate. You still have to queue to the actual line for the elevator up the Dubai Frame. And to be honest, what they say about seeing the two sides of Dubai -- the ancient and the modern side, you'll have a greater understanding of it once you're on the top. The twalk on the transparent glass that will give you a view down is actually a thrilling experience.

    Dubai Frame — an incredible place! I was amazed by the view of old and new Dubai — it feels like looking into the past and the future at the same time. Especially magical at sunset, when the city glows in golden light. Be sure to go up — the glass floor adds a little adrenaline 😄 💛 Highly recommend it to everyone who wants to feel the spirit of Dubai and take stunning photos!

    I really enjoyed my visit to the Dubai Frame! Booking the skip-the-line tickets online was super easy and saved me a lot of time.
