Getting started
Present your ticket at the Singapore Oceanarium entrance. Arrive 15 minutes early for your selected session. Standard security checks apply. Entry includes full-day access to all public zones and your chosen immersive programme.

For safety reasons, loose items must be secured before entering support areas.

Selected support areas may not be wheelchair accessible due to stairs and the absence of ramps; access to these areas may be restricted.

Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent or legal guardian at all times. The maximum ratio is 1 adult to 3 children.

Children under 4 years old must be capable of walking independently to enter support areas.

Activities such as fossil excavation may involve the use of tools and carry a risk of minor injuries.
