The planting was superb . The grandure the cross section of plants and how they grew so perfectly in such a controlled environment. The size and age of the olive trees was mind blowing. The cleanliness and the efficiency was also extremely impressive. We loved every minute

I booked from your site the Combo (Save 10%) Gardens by the Bay-Cloud Forest Ft Avatar+Flower Dome+Floral Fantasy last Dec 19, booking ID 15638625 to be use January 11, 2024, you sent me the tickets, I was so busy then with my work forgetting to check the validity of the tickets that you had sent me,I trust your site then when I present the tickets to the entrance gate of the gardens by the bay in Singapore they told me that my tickets were expired, that I have to call you to verify, I don't have time to do that since the line up are so long so. I have to purchase again another ticket so not to waste time, I was not able to contact you right away since I'm in the middle of my holiday, now that I come back here in Canada, please do something, you owe me for that ticket

Easy to buy tickets online. The Flowerdome was amazing. We loved the scenes created using flowers and representations of people and animals. Also enjoyed making our way up the different levels to the top from where we could look all the way down the waterfall and get a complete view of the flowers and plants within the dome. The Cloud Dome & Cloud forest was also amazing with the inclusion of Avatar characters. The whole experience was very good value for money. It was lovely to see so many children there with their teachers educating their pupils about the plants and flowers

No problems with Headout, just wasn't that big in Floral Fantasy. The poison dart frogs were by far the best feature. The venue was fairly small and I was expecting displays more like they feature at Epcot in Florida. On the other hand Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome were fantastic.
