The Louvre was definitely the highlight of our trip. The exhibition was breathtaking; despite the large crowds, the crowds thin out as you move through the museum—though not, of course, in front of the Mona Lisa, where you’ll need to be patient. It’s best not to plan any other sightseeing for that day so you can enjoy it at a leisurely pace.

Everything went really smoothly. It was practically instant. No waiting, no lines, nothing. Highly recommended. The only downside was that the "included audio guide" was a bit "light," but it wasn't that important to us anyway.

Initially, I had some concerns about how the tickets would be delivered, as they were only supposed to arrive 12 hours before admission. We've loved the meeting and interaction with your representative. We've got a beautifull and really enlighting interraction. The meeting location is extremely easy to find, we've arived a little earlier and we found the earlier group. But, using google maps, we've walked from Gare Saint-Lazare and it took us (usind the provided adress) right to the meeting point. Thank you very much for a great day. Everything was great—the punctuality, the communication. I think they really took care of every detail. Honestly, I think coming to Paris and being able to buy tickets so easily is a huge plus because there are so many people. I think the timing was perfect, and it made it much easier to see the Mona Lisa without having to deal with such huge crowds. I highly recommend it.

I was able to get the tickets even though they were sold out on the museum’s official website. They were sent to me one day before the event, which worked out well. However, the audio guide is just an app with mediocre commentary on only a few exhibits, so I’m giving it 3 stars.
