We book for the day before by mistake but the young lady at the front was exceptional in her handling of out error. She let us in and helped us so much. Brilliant. Also the standard of the experience wes supurb. The man at the touch tank was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Very friendly helpful staff on the boat and snorkelling was amazing. Speaker system upstairs needs to be updated. Couldn't understand a word but our demonstrator was pretty awesome 👍

The train ride up and back was a fantastic experience. How ever there was not much going on with the shops in Kuranda, which I am presuming it was because the Skyrail was closed. But the ticketing was easy and the staff at the Train Station were fantastic and very helpful and smiled alot. Had a lovely day

I couldn’t get on the individual swing because of the minimum weight limit. Instead, I tried their multi person giant swing with a friend and it has been one of the most fun things we’ve done together.

Did the snorkeling tour and absolutely loved it! I love exploring marine life and this was the perfect getaway. Would recommend taking a sunscreen for sure though
