The zoo is very beautiful; despite the heat, we saw animals... Lots of trees provide shade, and there were plenty of water stations and plenty of places to eat and drink something good at a reasonable price. It was very hot in the Desert House, but it’s filled with lots of plants—namely cacti—and has fewer animals. There are also a few playgrounds for kids. A visit is definitely recommended, and the park is easily accessible by subway.....

I live close to Wroclaw ZOO, which is one of the biggest in the world (in number of species) so I had a big expectations and I did not dissapoint. Main point was for me the Pandas. Except this You have wonderfull an opportunity for visitors to get up close and personal with your animal residents. We also really enjoyed the additional architectural touches that reflect the age of the Vienna facility. You’re really doing a great job!

Everything went well; the guide spoke excellent English, and in addition to the tour of the palace, he also showed us part of the gardens. The directions to the meeting place were a bit vague; we looked for the flag for a good few minutes before realizing there wasn’t one...

I mistakenly rated this five stars. I want to change it to a 2. It was extremely difficult to find the starting point for the train ride. When we finally found it, one train had a flat tire and the other train had no audio. We waited for a train with audio then at the first picture opportunity stop, the driver dropped us off and said there will be a train coming in ten minutes to finish the tour. The train that picked us up was a twenty minutes beyond the 10 minutes we were promised and this was the train with no audio!

You skip the long lines at the ticket counter, get a friendly welcome, have your ticket scanned, and off you go! Despite the crowds, the zoo itself is clean, the enclosures are well-maintained, and the animals seem happy. It was a truly wonderful day for me and, above all, for my little grandson. His favorite part was the train ride back to the Tiroler Hof.

Me and my daughter we have had a great time. Your ZOO is fabulous. Clean, big, animals are gorgeus. We have not seen just adult animals but also babies. The train will also pass the Hippopotamus House, where you can see them basking in the water. It's a great way to explore the park with kids and let everyone enjoy the scenery. The train makes nine stops throughout its loop, so you can hop off at any point to explore an exhibit or landmark further and then catch the next train to continue your journey.
