A great zoo well worth exploring. The absolute highlights were the panda house and the koalas. As always in Vienna, the food was top-notch. The fast-track ticket cut down on the wait time and made the experience even better.

We wanted to see Panda, that's why traveled to Wienna from Budapest. Although the weather was awful with large wind and heavy rain therefore most of the animals stayed inside Panda circulated untiredly in his place. We have been delighted. Oktavian

Everything was excellent. The animals look happy. It was amazing to see the giant pandas so close in particular with the hippos being a unique close second.

Schönbrunn Palace Panorama Train Ride

As the train winds through the park, you'll get a great view of the Gloriette, a hilltop structure from where you can look out into Vienna. The train will also pass the Hippopotamus House, where you can see them basking in the water. It's a great way to explore the park with kids and let everyone enjoy the scenery. The ride comes with a multilingual audio guide and provides insightful details about the history of the gardens and zoo. The train makes nine stops throughout its loop, so you can hop off at any point to explore an exhibit or landmark further and then catch the next train to continue your journey.
