Wear appropriate swimwear; thongs, transparent suits, street clothes, khaki or cargo shorts, long pants, cut-offs, and denim are not permitted.

Swimwear or clothing with metal buttons, rivets, zippers, or snaps may be prohibited on certain slides and rides.

Footwear is not permitted on some body slides, although aqua socks and aquatic footwear are allowed in many pools, rivers, and select attractions.

Swim diapers are required for guests who wear diapers.

Clothing or visible tattoos featuring violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory content are prohibited.

Accessibility

The park provides wheelchair-accessible pathways, ramps, and restrooms throughout the property.

Water wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pool lifts are available at Bamboozle Heated Pool, Lagoon Activity Pool, Lagoon Heated Pool, Schatzes Pawn’d Pool, and Wunder Heated Pool.

Service animals are welcome in the park, but cannot enter water attractions, wet decks, wading pools, or rivers; additional area and ride restrictions may apply.

Guests with casts or braces containing exposed metal parts are limited to Lagoon Activity Pool, The Falls, Torrent River, Kristal River, and heated pools.

Ride restraint systems may limit access for guests whose size or physical proportions fall outside the systems' intended range.

Guests with heart, back, or neck conditions, pregnant guests, those recovering from recent surgery, or guests with certain disabilities, casts, braces, or restrictive devices may not be safely accommodated on some attractions.

Complimentary life jackets are available to all guests, with children, first-time swimmers, and weaker swimmers encouraged to use them; some attractions require them based on height.

Coast Guard-approved personal life jackets are permitted, while life jackets are required for all guests on Torrent River unless guests aged 18 or older obtain an on-site waiver with valid ID.

One cooler is permitted per guest with a valid ticket or pass, provided it does not exceed 26" L × 16" W × 16" D and is available for inspection at entry.

Keep cooler ice bagged until after entering the park to help speed up the screening process.

The waterpark is cashless, with cash-to-card kiosks available throughout the property; cash is not accepted at the waterpark or parking toll plaza.
