Everything was great. 4 stars is because we didnt have audio guide inside the app for the Park Guell and we payed ticket + audio guide. We tried to chat through the app but the bot didnt recognize id ticket. The tour for Sagrada was exellent best regard to the tour guide.

The guide we found at the Sagrafa familia very good. Too bad about the meeting point information: it was not clear, even after sending your email, where we were supposed to meet. For the parc guell I would say everything was fine, the audio guide was helpful not as helpful, however, the Map with the route to be taken

Booked online and everything worked perfectly. Meeting point very well described and easy to find. Michelle was a very good guide👍My English is not very good, but I was able to follow very well. Sagrada Familia must be seen from the inside. Fantastic. I would book through this platform again anytime and can absolutely recommend it.
