Great entrance with displays. Manageable group size. The tour guide was exceptional and made he tour. I learnt so much about my home city. We loved watching the film inside the clock. That was so well done on the big screens. Stunning views and the chance to get close up with Bella and Bertie.

Russell was an amazing tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. The tour never felt rushed, and he gave us plenty of time to look around, take everything in and get lots of photos. The audiovisual experience and 4D projection inside the clock chamber were absolutely fantastic and really added to the experience. I also loved hearing the stories and fascinating facts about the Liver Birds, particularly Bella and Bertie, and learning things I’d never heard before. A brilliant and really interesting experience made even better by Russell. Highly recommended!

Small museum/waiting area was informative and interesting prior to start of the tour. The tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. The film shown part the way up was extremely interesting and in the same area we got to view the clocks mechanisms. The final part of the tour at the top just below the 'Liver Birds' was good with lovely views of the river, docks, city in fact a 360 degree view. In summary an excellent visit and well worth the money.

Our fantastic tour guide was very insightful, and took the time to answer questions as we went around. Each stage of the tour was explained beforehand and we were given lots of time at each point to take pictures, read information and ask questions. the views from the 15th floor were well worth the amount of stairs!
