Booked last minute as a spur of the moment thing as we were flying in midnight and didn't want to waste the morning - perfect trip for the occasion! The driver, Rama was incredibly understanding after we had minor delay to the flight and worked with us to accomodate the pickup, and we felt safe to sleep in the journey to and from the base site. Pur, our 4x4 driver was amazing, very easy to talk to and was so patient and helpful, communicated every leg of the journey & was more than happy to answer questions and take some epic pics. Defo recommend if its a nice morning with minimal clouds forecast. If youre a coupke or just want to unwind & watch the world wake up.

We had an amazing day exploring Bali with our guide and jeep driver, Agus Badeng. He was incredibly friendly, punctual, and made us feel welcome from the moment he picked us up. He shared lots of interesting information about Balinese culture and took us to some incredible spots, while making sure we had plenty of time at each location. The driving was safe and comfortable, and he was always happy to help take photos and answer any questions. I would highly recommend Agus Badeng to anyone visiting Bali – thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Mount Batur sunrise hiking is one of most amazing experiences I ever had in my entire life. Starting from our very kind and professional driver Astrawan who communicated with me very well and was on time to pick me up and he made sure we are very comfortable all the tour to our gorgeous lady guide who took us to the summit and made sure to take pictures for us to memorize this wonderful experience. God bless them all it's was such a wonderful adventure and I super highly recommend them!

You don't go near the top of the mountain which I thought you were going to get somewhat near, maybe another 1.5/2 hour hike would get you there. Pick up driver was very friendly and our jeep driver was great, we had Mangku merta, he was great at taking pictures of us and was nice and chatty. Lava flow sands are cool if you're into geography or geology. Hot springs are a nice place to relax with a great view. The breakfast included is nice, tried snake fruit for the first time

Headout was very easy to deal with and ask questions of, always receiving prompt help. They were especially helpful liaising with the partner company about rescheduling out trek when we were ill. The trek itself was hard (sensible shoes and at least some degree of hiking fitness recommended) but well worth the effort. Our guide was fabulous and the views spectacular! It was a wonderful experience, shared with my teenage daughter, that I will never forget!

It was a hard climb but well worth it for the incredible beauty of the view. Our driver Bagonk was fantastic, really helpful and pleasant to chat to about Mount Batur and Luwak coffee and had many interesting facts about Bali and its food and customs. The whole trip was excellent from the pick up to the drop off. The guides for the mountain were also great and Roman was wonderful. Indeed I'm not sure I'd have made it to the top without him!

We had a lovely time. The jeep experience was truly the highlight but the communication throughout was so reassuring. Jimmy was our driver and collected us at 2:30am 😴... he was great messaged the night before and the morning to confirm he had arrived. Such a great experience and would recommend to all! The spring wasn't really our thing so we left swiftly but many were enjoying it. Jimmy was there writing so we moved on to the coffee plantation. A big shout out to our Jeep driver as well he was truly the best photographer and a party man that made us feel so welcome - we parted quickly and I do regret not tipping him but the springs were manic! Overall.. yes, you should go!!

I was picked up by Rama exactly when he said he would be there. He is an efficient driver, doesn't muck around and happy to overtake slow trucks and vehicles. He even offered me play lists to select my music. I did the trek with a group of 7 others and our guide was Akane (who we called Cam for some reason). He was fabulous. Good personality, funny and fit. I did the hot springs after. The water was beautiful, especially after the hike, but the facility was chaos. So many people, so many lockers, not enough change rooms. You need some patience and mental energy for that one.

Un vulcan activ renumit pentru priveliștile de la răsăritul soarelui asupra lacului Batur și pentru câmpurile dramatice de lavă.

Ajungeți la vârf prin drumeții sau atracții cu un jeep 4×4.

Priviți răsăritul soarelui deasupra lacului Batur și a muntelui Agung.
