We were a group of 7 with two separate bookings, and the team was incredibly kind to merge our reservations so we could share the entire experience together. A huge shoutout to one of our drivers, Ronald—he is a truly wonderful person with a big heart and amazing energy. For the jeep ride, Wilhelma was our driver and guide; he was so sweet and shared a lot of interesting facts with us along the way. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, so we didn't get a clear view of the sunrise. However, the rest of the tour more than made up for it! We were completely blown away by the immense expanse of the Black Lava. Riding the ATV quads through the volcanic landscape was an absolute blast and we had so much fun. We also really enjoyed the visit to the coffee plantation. It was super interesting to learn about the coffee-making process, see a Luwak, and enjoy a delicious tasting of various local coffees and teas. Throughout the whole trip, every single person we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and ready to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic night and morning. Hike was tougher than expected but Cam our tour guide drove us on. The highlight of the whole trip was our driver Odjie who was on point with everything! Brought pillows for us to nap after our 1am pick up on the way to the hike and then played some unreal tunes the whole way back! Brought us for coffee which was vitally needed. Genuine and a very knowledgable driver to manage the traffic of Bali. He's the man, thanks Odjie!

The tour was well organized . I even had last minute changes which they accommodated . On time . Guide was very nice. She was very attentive on the whole trail. One thing to mention though trail isn't easy I would say moderate . Some people found it hard . They served a nice breakfast on the top. Overall amazing experience

Gede was a great driver! Very safe, very kind, and got us to the port in time to get to the ferry. However, we were a little disappointed that we did not see manta Reyes on the day we went. But it could not be helped I'm sure, since the waves were really big and rolling out in the ocean that day.

We love to have snorkelling in 3 different areas and swim with wild marine animals very closely. Also the staffs are very kind and patient with us during the whole trip.

An absolute MUST do! Highlight of the whole holiday. Just do it! Our driver Toni was a legend who rallied up with us at 1:30am!! Thanks Toni!

Am avut o experiență minunată cu bluuu tours, explorând insulele Nusa Penida și practicând snorkelling. Au dat dovadă de profesionalism, punctualitate, amabilitate și cunoștințe solide pe tot parcursul excursiei. Ne-au asigurat o călătorie fără probleme, confortabilă și fără stres, recomandându-ne totodată locuri locale minunate. Recomand cu căldură tuturor celor care vizitează Bali!
