Everything went as it was planned. Our driver Bayu was very professional. He picked up us on time. Our guide Lisyta was very helpful. She always check if we are okay during the tour. The service that they provided was perfect! It is important to mentioned that as per our opinion the tour is not family friendly as there are difficult parts during the hiking.

From start to finish this was an incredible experience. Our driver, Aguss Badeng, contacted us day before. He was early for pickup and fantastic throughout the day for all the experiences. Very friendly and made sure we were seen into each part of the day. The hike was extremely well organised and the views and experience did not disappoint. Our guide, also called Aguss was brilliant. The photos he took, his knowledge and enthusiasm really made it. The hot springs was nice after the hike but the amount of flies made it uncomfortable after a whole. The coffee plantation was a fab way to end day with some much needed coffee. Brilliant experience. Would 100% recommend.

We had a fantastic night and morning. Hike was tougher than expected but Cam our tour guide drove us on. The highlight of the whole trip was our driver Odjie who was on point with everything! Brought pillows for us to nap after our 1am pick up on the way to the hike and then played some unreal tunes the whole way back! Brought us for coffee which was vitally needed. Genuine and a very knowledgable driver to manage the traffic of Bali. He's the man, thanks Odjie!

The tour was very well organized. Our driver, Andi, picked us up on time from Ubud and drived us safely on the location from where the trek started. After that, our guide, Purna, lead us to the peak and even made a breakfast for us. One of kind experience that you will never forget! You will be in good hands with these two professionals!

The tour was well organized . I even had last minute changes which they accommodated . On time . Guide was very nice. She was very attentive on the whole trail. One thing to mention though trail isn't easy I would say moderate . Some people found it hard . They served a nice breakfast on the top. Overall amazing experience

We really enjoyed our Mount Batur sunrise tour and would definitely recommend the experience. We made good time on the hike and managed to get a front-row bench at the top, where we watched the sun rise above a beautiful sea of clouds. The views were spectacular, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the moment and take photos before heading back down. It was a lovely experience and well worth the early start. The logistics were very well organised, and we were particularly impressed with our driver, Putra. He arrived on time (at 2:15 am), spoke very good English and was friendly, courteous and professional throughout. We had a enjoyable conversation during the long drive to Mount Batur. One of our children accidentally left their iPhone in the car, and when Putra collected us after the hike, he immediately returned it to us, something we really appreciated. Our experience with the guide who accompanied us up Mount Batur was a little more mixed. He was friendly and well-intentioned, but communication was sometimes quite difficult due to the language barrier. At times our party became quite spread out along the trail, and we would have appreciated a little more attention to keeping the group together, as well as some guidance on the more difficult sections of the route on the way back down.
