We joined the cruise as part of group. From boarding to exiting it was easy breezy. We had really beautiful weather while we cruised for 1.5 hours. I appreciated hearing historical info on buildings and ships etc. so we could make our way to get great photos. I like how they had a scavenger hunt for the kids. The bartender was great. The photographer captured the moments excellently. For us we would recommend to others because we had a great experience.

Listening to the fantastic music while seeing the sites of NOLA was amazing! I would like to thank the ticketing agents as my flight was delayed and I missed my scheduled cruise. I called, spoke to a "real" person and I was added to the dinner cruise minus the meal for a few extra dollars. That was above and behond as far as I am concerned! It's a good reminder of the importance of caring staff before people even get on the riverboat.

I loved the friendly customer service of the staff, the clear directions written and the announcer's story telling of the history and little known facts about NOLA. The sitting area on the steamboat was wonderful along with the drinks! Memorable to say the least and I would go again! Oh, and my pictures are on point! ❤️

Left on time, Smooth boarding & ride. The commentary delivery left a bit to be desired. The speaker was hard to hear, choppy in his delivery, & spoke as if he was reading a script but got lost a few times or was just bored. Boat ride itself was great tho, very relaxing.

The cruise was amazing. We got caught in the rain but it was our anniversary, 11 years married, and it rained just like that on our wedding day so we enjoyed everything as we got soaking wet again. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

We were so excited to ride the Riverboat Cruise. We sat up top under the canopy watching and listening to the Captain tell the history of sites as we rolled smoothly along the Mississippi. My husband needed to cool down so we below to an enclosed and air conditioned room. Sadly people were on their phones and talking so loud the Captain could not be heard. We cooled down and finished outside. We really enjoyed it and the price was very reasonable.l
