Ne-am simțit bine la Pisa, dar nu voi mai folosi Headout. Am avut două probleme la Roma cu „partenerii” lor și nu am putut folosi biletele din cauza unor modificări făcute de ei. Au refuzat să ofere rambursări, iar Headout mi-a oferit un credit de 7,56 $ pentru un alt eveniment. De acum înainte voi folosi alte aplicații de călătorie.

Bună. Mulțumesc pentru bilete. Nu le puteam cumpăra de nicăieri pentru ora la care doream. Am reușit să le iau pe Headout pentru data și ora pe care le voiam, cu toată liniștea sufletească. Voi recomanda și voi folosi cu plăcere Headout din nou și din nou.

Lăsarea bagajelor trebuie comunicată mai bine. O singură coadă pentru intervalele orare nu are sens. MAI BINE 2 LA INTERVALE DE 15 MINUTE. Turnul în sine este o experiență chiar și de jos. Priveliște frumoasă de sus.

The price is a but higher when comparing with the offcial ticket price, but not extortionist , and didn't have any issues with the tickets which were sent a bit after purchasing them in headout.

Totul a funcționat excelent. Din păcate, informațiile de la fața locului nu au fost optime cu privire la ce obiecte pot fi luate în turn și unde se găsesc dulapurile de depozitare.

A fost o experiență minunată de care m-am bucurat din plin! Cu toate acestea, nu există bilete de tip «skip the line», pe care se pare că le-am cumpărat. De asemenea, dau doar 4* pentru că am fost trezit de un SMS la 1:45 dimineața, după o zi de 22 de ore, prin care mi se spunea că pot vedea biletele în aplicație și mi se ura să mă bucur de experiență, deși o făcusem deja cu 10 ore înainte!

Strict dress code: Since the Cathedral is a place of worship, all guests must wear clothing that covers their shoulders and knees.

Free lockers are available for personal belongings at 21 Piazza del Duomo – metal objects, bags, or containers are not allowed in.

The climb involves 294 steep steps with no elevators, so it is not accessible for wheelchair users and guests with cardiovascular issues.

For safety reasons, children under 8 are not allowed to climb, and those aged 8-18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Florence to Pisa Round-Trip Train

To activate your ticket, the check-in must be done before the scheduled train departure time. You will receive a link in the confirmation email and via SMS. Check-in opens at 12am on the date of travel.

It is possible for you to make an unlimited number of date and departure changes until 11:59pm on the day before travel.

On the day of travel, if your check-in is not yet done, you will have the chance to make an unlimited number of departure time changes.

Both journeys to/from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station have 1 change at Pisa Centrale. Please change trains from the PisaMover (8 min ride) to the Regionale.

Leaning Tower of Pisa

Tickets are timed. Please check the time of your visit. If you are late you will not be allowed in.

Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available: if this happens you will be allocated a new slot an hour before or after your original choice. Please note that you will only be allowed at the top of the tower for 30 minutes.

Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
