An unforgettable experience! It was even more impressive than I expected. There was a queue, but it was absolutely worth the wait. Buying our tickets in advance was definitely the right decision and made everything much easier. If you’re visiting Tokyo, I highly recommend adding teamLab to your itinerary!

It was pretty easy. Booked both my ticket to my hotel from the airport and my return ticket. Went to the counter, presented my qr code and and I was given my ticket. Would use again.

My experience was fine overall. The bus arrived at it's final destination earlier than I thought, so I was very happy about that.

Personalul m-a ajutat să-mi găsesc chitanța de cumpărare a biletului Narita-Haneda. Un angajat care vorbea franceza m-a ajutat să găsesc codul QR, astfel încât să pot beneficia de acest serviciu și să ajung la timp pentru zborul meu Tokyo-Quebec. Mulțumesc foarte mult întregului personal.
Notă: am făcut o greșeală când am acordat o stea. Am confirmat prea repede. Voiam să spun 5 stele

Transportation from Haneda to Tokyo is excellent. Purchasing a ticket is very easy at the counter located near the arrivals exit. The bus driver is very courteous and helpful. He places the luggage in the baggage compartment, and the bus is very comfortable.
I got off at Shinjuku Station, which makes it very convenient to reach many other areas of Tokyo. On my return trip, I also used the service, traveling from the hotel to Haneda. The bus departed from the hotel exactly on time, and once again I received excellent service from the driver.
I highly recommend this service.
