Kupno biletów internetowych było łatwe i w przystępnej cenie, chociaż uważam że lepiej byłoby bez konieczności ściągania dwóch aplikacji do wejścia na jedną atrakcję. Najwygodniej byłoby gdyby bilet działał przez QR kod w mailu, a audioguide też przez skanowanie QR kodów w salach (momentami nie było jasne którego słuchać). Dodatkowo, nigdzie nie pojawiła się informacja o konieczności aktywacji i odbioru papierowego biletu w punkcie, znajdującym się poza obiektem.

It was wonderful, I really loved it. The atmosphere was incredible – I would love to come back and spend more time to take everything in more thoroughly. I recommend it to everyone; the last paintings in particular were absolutely breathtaking. Thank you.

Our experience wa excellent! Daniele is an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable and kind to people.
His explanations were very clear and answered all the questions we all had. We also asked for recommendations and he kindly suggested us what was better for each of us.
