The experience itself was unreal ! Felt super safe ! Zip lines were great. Communication from the parks team could be a bit better. As we finished ziplines we was told to relax for 10 minutes and wait. Yet no one came back, turns out you had to make your own way to the next activities. Provider did let us down ever so slightly. At 7.30am we received a message that we will get picked up at 8.20 (plus allowing 15 mins prior to wait for the driver ). This had left us leave in rush, with no breakfast and half packed. The driver also didn't come to the reception or anywhere near and drove off. It took myself to contact the company to find that out. Luckily the they vane back. So all good in the end. Communication could be improved.
