Purchasing tickets online was a quick , easy and smooth experience and we got the day we wanted. Pricing was fair and no other hidden costs. We picked up our physical tickets at the ticket sales counter and proceeded straight on to the observational seating area. Every part of the experience was smooth, straightforward and very enjoyable. Seeing the penguins emerge from the water was the absolute highlight and exactly why we were there. A brilliant, positive and unforgettable experience . Thank you Headout, we highly recommend you and visiting the Penguin Parade !

Easy to purchase on line. At the parade seats are not allocated so it's good to be early. There is a wait for the penguins to arrive post sunset. The arrival on the beach is special but the really special part is on the boardwalk after to watch them walk past you to their nests. No photos are allowed but the experience was great.

The staff at the centre were amazing. Being a wheelchair user they went out of their way way to make sure not only myself but my family in attendance were well taken care of. They had us skip queues, and had a section designated at the top of the platform where we had a great view. They were friendly and highly accommodating..

We booked basic tickets but when we got there we decided to upgrade to premium and we're so happy that we did. We were in a much smaller seating area so far less people and we had a closer view of the penguins. Graham, the guide, gave us loads of info and improved the evening immeasurably. Give Graham a pay rise, he was great.

The penguins were super cute and small. I particularly enjoyed that they waddled in beak first using their flippers for balance. The building was also very nice and modern and warm in winter. Staff knew lots about the penguins. My boyfriend also suprised me with a penguin toy wearing a knit and it was super cute!

We were able to book in for a whole day, e.g no set timeframe, which was really good as we had alot of other things planned in the day and the best time for us was at sunset! Which was beautiful, although the clouds were coming through at the time the views were amazing!!

    We headed up to the Skydeck as part of my nirthday weekend celebrations, and the daytime views from the 88th floor were absolutely unreal. It was the best way to get my bearings and see the whole city for the first time.To top off the birthday celebrations, I grabbed an espresso martini at the bar. Sipping a cocktail while taking in those 360-degree views made it that much more special. The super-fast elevator ride to the 88th floor, was invigorating.If you're visiting Melbourne for the first time or celebrating something special, definitely add this to your list!

    Great experience which was only marred by the behaviour of some other tourists despite being given clear instructions on what not to do and WHY they shouldn't do it, some people couldn't help themselves. The staff should have been vigilant in enforcing the rules. It is the responsibility of both the managers and visitors to protect this wonderful experience

    The view in the phillip island is breathtaking. Especially the sunset, just wow. The only thing that disappointed are the penguins. The penguins it's not what we expected, we just saw like 2/3penguins only and it's soo crowded during the weekend, Saturday. You have to squeeze yourself to find a spot to see the penguins. But overall, the views are superb.
