Highly recommend the champagne experience at the London Eye! I initially only wanted fast track tickets, but they were sold out for my date so I got the champagne experience because it included fast track access. Recommend that Headout provides more accurate meeting info on the App for the champagne experience. I first went to the Fast Track line. We were actually supposed to go inside the building next to the Eye, then wait in the VIP lounge (which was lovely!). Our host for the experience, AJ, met us there, then took the 4 of us & the rest of our group (only 6 more people) through the crowds & security then to board the Eye. AJ served us champagne, took pics & provided some history. Wonderful experience all around!

It was me and husband first time touring the city of London. My husband came up with the idea as a date and I can tell you we had a great time. He paid for the fast track tickets so we didn't have to wait long. The view is amazing and we got to take really nice photos and see the Big Ben. We also went on the boat to view more of the city and the bridges while listening to the tour guide tells us the history of the city, my favourite part was passing under London Bridge. We are looking forward and can't wait to go on more tours to other places within the city.

The one that I is a very busy place. Great views. You can see the palace you can see so many things Big Ben up and down the the river. We did. The the fast track flex so you go anytime of day you want get right in the short line when we got there the line must have had thousands of people in it and we were on the ride within 15-20 minutes. You go through security. Check your ticket boom the line short. It's definitely the way to go. It's well worth the money versus standing in that long line cuz it's a popular place and it should be. It's a great experience

I got engaged at the London Eye on the 4th of July, and it was truly a moment I’ll never forget. The views were absolutely amazing and made the occasion even more special. A huge thank you to Chloe, who was incredibly helpful throughout. She kindly took a video of the proposal as I got down on one knee, capturing such a precious memory that we’ll treasure forever. Thank you so much to Chloe and all the wonderful staff for helping make our engagement so perfect. It was an unforgettable experience!

The fast track experience was seamless, i got into the first car which came up and i was accompanied by two Italian families with cute children. I took pictures for them with Big ben in the background and they took mine as well with London waterloo in the background. The experience was fantastic, London always will be known for the history it holds. Brilliant. Probably the next time you could have a beer stand where prople are waiting for them to chill while waiting in the sweltering heat.

È andato tutto benissimo: con i biglietti siamo entrati velocemente e siamo saliti subito nella nostra capsula. L'esperienza è stata bellissima: si vedeva davvero un Panorama stupendo ed abbiamo fatto delle foto fantastiche. Io ho paura delle altezze e non ho avvertito nessun fastidio: la ruota gira talmente lentamente ed è talmente stabile che non si avverte nessun disagio. Inoltre l'ambiente era climatizzato! assolutamente consigliato anche a chi soffre di vertigini come me!

Really easy to book London Eye tickets with Headout. Best bit, our two tickets appeared on one screen, so easy to scan. Got to London Eye 30mins early, but there was no problem joining the Fast Track queue. My lad was a bit apprehensive before we "boarded", but we both had a great time enjoying the towering views of London, near and far.
