This was actually a last minute plan for us and Headout made the whole process really easy. We booked on the day and everything was handled very quickly, with our tickets coming through within around 30 minutes. From the moment we arrived the whole experience was amazing. We were greeted by security and shown where to go. Entry was really quick, our tickets were scanned at the desk and we went through security very swiftly. From there you get on a shuttle coach that takes you towards the palace and even the views on the way are amazing. When you arrive at the Presidential Palace itself, honestly no words or pictures can fully describe it. The building is an absolute masterpiece. You can hear birds and parakeets chirping outside and with the palace surrounding you it genuinely feels like you’re somewhere out of this world. Once you go inside, the sheer size of everything is immense. The ceilings, chandeliers and amount of detail throughout are incredible. There’s so much to see, from the presidential meeting rooms and dining rooms to ancient books, artwork and other artefacts. It was really interesting being able to walk through the different areas and learn more about the history and culture. Towards the end you go through the gift shop which has loads of cool gifts and souvenirs, and then you can explore the gardens outside. We also stayed for the light show at the palace which was a brilliant way to finish the visit. Afterwards you simply get the shuttle bus back to the main entrance. Overall it was a lovely experience from start to finish. Every member of staff and security we interacted with was welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Headout made a last minute plan incredibly straightforward and we had no issues at all with our booking or tickets. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip and somewhere I’d recommend visiting if you’re in Abu Dhabi.

From the moment we arrived, the experience felt effortless. Our Headout tickets made entry smooth and hassle-free, so we could spend our time enjoying the palace rather than dealing with queues or logistics. We visited as a family, and the first time we stepped into the Great Hall was the moment that really made the day for us. The sheer scale, intricate details and incredible Arabian architecture are difficult to appreciate fully through photographs — seeing it in person was completely different. What I loved most was that it wasn't just a beautiful building; the visit gave us a sense of the UAE's culture, heritage and vision. We also stayed for the Palace in Motion show, which was the perfect ending and made the entire experience feel even more memorable. A beautifully organised experience from Headout and a genuinely unforgettable visit to one of Abu Dhabi's most remarkable landmarks.

This is our first time visiting Abu Dhabi, and we highly recommend both experiences. Qasr Al Watan completely amazed us — the palace is absolutely breathtaking, and we were truly impressed by its beauty, architecture and incredible details. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful, which made our visit even more special. teamLab Phenomena was also an amazing and unique experience that we really enjoyed. We would definitely recommend visiting both places while in Abu Dhabi. They are two unforgettable experiences that nobody should miss! ❤️

Teamlab phenomena is digital universe which completely blurs the line between art, science, and technology. Every room is fully interactive—the art dynamically shifts and responds to your touch and movement, making you feel like a living part of the exhibition. The contrast between the meditative dry installations and the sensory, wet zones (where you walk barefoot through knee-deep digital water) is brilliant. It takes about 2 to 3 hours to fully explore, and every corner is mesmerizing and highly photogenic.

The tickets from Headout were discounted! Always rely on headout, not just to purchase tickets but to plan trips as well. It was a great visit. Ample parking, though a bit far but then a nice short bus ride takes you to the palace. Took 2hrs for the visit, a souvenir shop along with a cafe on exit. Overall a good visit with kids👍

    When you enter into most of the exhibits, it will leave you stunned by either the mammoth size or by the colour and flow of lights. There's a certain calm in all the exhibits which leaves you speechless and soak it all in. All the exhibits leave you with a sense of calm.

    An Unforgettable 4th Birthday Experience – Pure Magic for Kids and Adults Alike! Choosing teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi for my son’s 4th birthday was hands down the best decision we could have made. While I went in expecting him to enjoy it, the entire experience completely blew away all our expectations. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, mesmerizing, and deeply immersive. What made it truly exceptional for a four-year-old was how intuitive and interactive everything felt. Every room invited him to touch, chase, and react to dynamic shifts in light, color, and movement. We spent over 3 hours exploring the different installations, and time flew by—he did not get bored for a single second. It is rare to find an outing that holds a toddler's full attention with non-stop excitement while still being a calm, awe-inspiring sensory environment for parents. It was pure fun from start to finish. We will definitely be visiting again and cannot recommend it enough to any family looking for a magical celebration!
