I hadn't used the Headout app before but I installed it in my phone. It was convenient to use my phone when boarding the Skybus, rather than having to print the ticket, which I had done in the past. The trip from Melbourne airport into the city was fast and comfortable. I was very happy with the service.

Skybus staff were friendly and helpful. The service is affordable and didn't take long to get into Melbourne. Best of all it operates almost 24 hours!

I was very pleasantly surprised with experience of Skybus. Firstly it was well signposted making the departure location easy to locate. There were seats near to the bus stop for those arriving with time to spare and very helpful attendants. I was assisted onto the bus with my mobility walker and case and into my seat which was above and beyond my expectations and so very much appreciated. Bus arrival at airport was as scheduled and I was assisted safely off the bus with all my belongings. Couldn't rate the service highly enough!

Rezervare ușoară, autobuze frecvente – per ansamblu, o experiență excelentă. Am rezervat un bilet cu 10 minute înainte de a pleca spre stația Southern Cross, iar la doar 2 minute după ce am ajuns acolo, un autobuz era gata de plecare. Autobuzele opresc la fiecare dintre terminale, așa că nu a fost nevoie să merg prea mult pe jos după ce am coborât din autobuz.

Was very easy to find the pick up point at T3 and southern cross. We missed one puck up and it was only minutes before the next bus came. It wascomfortable and stress free.
