Guide was easy to find. Tour was great. Guide was really knowledgeable and gave us time to take pics. St Mark's is truly amazing.

Easy to find the group, the tour guide was lovely and engaged with the group well. The tour of the basilica was brief (20mins). We didn't go up to the second level for some reason and stayed on the main level only. Would have been nice if the guide allowed little pauses between areas to just take photographs as it can be hard to get good pictures while also listening and being respectful to the guide giving us information. The second part of the ticket to the doges palace is self guided and was nice to do at our own pace. Don't skip the palace, it's stunning. They have free audio guides available for download, download the app beforehand (MUVE app). They have lists on the app you can download so that you don't have to do it at the locations. Very handy.

Rezervare ușoară și rapidă. La fața locului, am fost foarte bine primiți, totul s-a desfășurat rapid și eficient. Vizită interesantă, personalizată, pe care am putut-o face în ritmul nostru. Recomand!

A great visit. Unhurried and not too long. Visitor numbers were kept to a level where it did not feel crowded. We loved the water bus rides too.

I bought a 24 hour unlimited pass which was great. I got to see beautiful islands of Murano & Burano, as well as getting to whizz through the stunning Venice landmarks along the water. Would have been improved if I was supplied with a map of the different stops etc, but all in all a great experience and will use again!!

The tour guide was incredibly well organized, and her storytelling was top-notch. She was really entertaining as she explained all the fascinating stories. I’m someone who can get tired of history pretty easily, but she was so good that she inspired me to go read more about it.
