Headout ticketing face o treabă excelentă de urmărire a vânzărilor de bilete! Totul a mers foarte ușor și corect. De asemenea, obținerea unui ghid Pompei în limba noastră este într-adevăr un plus. Dacă aș putea face un comentariu: ar fi o valoare adăugată dacă ar exista un link către ghidul online la rezervare, astfel încât acesta să poată fi consultat în avans. Din cauza constrângerilor de timp, nu este posibil să citim întregul ghid la fața locului.

Faptul că biroul dvs. a fost la 100 de metri de intrare, iar personalul dvs. a fost atât de prietenos și eficient. Cred că ar fi trebuit să menționați, totuși, că stația este la mai puțin de 10 minute de mers pe jos de biroul dvs. Aceasta ar salva o mulțime de hassle!

Locul de ridicare a biletelor a fost ușor de găsit. Am primit ghidul audio, ghidul și harta. Am intrat la deschidere, 9am, și a fost perfect. Am stat în jur de 3hrs și după ce fetele de la locația de preluare au fost capabile să ne recomande undeva să mâncăm. Recomand cu tărie acest lucru.
