Our guide, Ali,and his tour knowledge . He was super helpful. Camel ride was a highlight. Going in a pyramid was a hot, sweaty task - glad I did it but wouldn't always recommend it. We could've done without the gallery experience at the end.

It is a "must-have" experience. Both sites are the most prominent ones near Cairo. The new museum is literally vast and the exhibits are arrayed in a snake type pattern in chronological order. Yet, it doesn't include mummies like the traditional museum of the city. Beware, the combo ticket doesn't include entry to the pyramid.

Admission was quick and hassle-free. What I didn't like was the price, which was completely overpriced. Also, we were already asked to leave a review before even arriving in Egypt for a visit that took place weeks later.

No line was great but the headout app didn't work when I try to use the audio guide. I had to uninstall the app and install again at each place I needed a guide. Perhaps it was from my phone but very inconvenient

Always been on my to do list, to go inside the pyramid of Khufu. Great experience, got to meet great ppl there, very fascinated by everything.

Accessibility

The Giza Complex has limited wheelchair access. Some viewpoints near the Sphinx are partially accessible, but the surrounding terrain is sandy and uneven. Pyramid interiors are not wheelchair-accessible.
