One can find many things to do in Playa del Carmen, a tropical paradise blessed with white sands, azure waters, and warm temperatures. One experience you must certainly try is swimming and interacting with dolphins. The Swim Adventures Memory Program offered by Dolphin Discovery takes a dive into interactive approaches. During this experience, you will not only view these playful creatures but touch, pet, hug, kiss, and swim with them - you name it! The true appeal lies in the fun activities you experience along the way, such as grabbing onto the dolphin's dorsal fins and diving into the water on its belly, or balancing on a boogie board and riding the wave just as the dolphin propels. Once you're done, wrap up the experience at the beach club with a shower and some delicious lunch.

Important Information

For safety purposes, women showing 5 months of pregnancy or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program accompanied by another adult and after signing the responsibility form. Women with more than 5 months of pregnancy cannot participate in any of the water activities

Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your program since you will receive an orientation

An additional cost of $100 MXN is applicable for companions and transportation

Currently, the facility is NOT accepting US dollars in cash (check-in, restaurant, boutique, and photos). However, they do accept Mexican pesos in cash. If you want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency

Outside food and drinks are not allowed

Groups have a maximum of 20 people for a better experience

The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs

Children taller than 1.40 m will be able to participate alone in any program while paying the adult rate

Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m will only be able to participate in the Encounter program

Children shorter than 1 m will be considered infants and will carry out Encounter program activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they adjust their vest)

For security reasons, the use of underwater cameras is not allowed, professional photographs will be available for sale
