We had a fantastic two-and-a-half-hour tour of the castle with Ross, and it was worth every minute. Ross was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history of the castle. He explained everything clearly, added fascinating details and stories, and kept the tour lively and interesting throughout. The pace was perfect, never rushed, and he was always happy to answer questions. Ross made the history come alive and really enhanced our visit. Highly recommended - one of the highlights of our trip.

The Prague Castle experience was mesmerizing. I've visited many cathedrals in my day, and truly, few could compare to the elegant, operatic charm of the St. Vitus Cathedral. Wandering through Prague Castle in the footsteps of Franz Kafka and Good King Wenceslas, peering down over the ramparts on the bustling streets and the whispering rhythms of the Vltava, was, truthfully, a memory I shall carry onwards for the rest of my life. An amazing place and one of the most exciting in all of Europe!

The castle is wonderful! Unfortunately, it was not possible to visit the part about Czech soldiers in World War II as it was not included! I also think that a ticket costing around €30 should include the audio guide, which is charged separately at €5.00, and the visit to the tower with its 270 steps, which costs €8.00. The location is wonderful, but the additional costs not included make the visit incomplete! Thank you anyway.

Hi! The trip went perfectly well, we were made to feel very welcome both at the hotel and in all the shops. As for visiting the monuments, we found them to be in excellent condition and impressive, like the basilica. The Charles Bridge at night is particularly beautiful, allowing us to then enter the charming little cobbled streets. See you soon in Prague!

I booked a family ticket online. Then you have to go and pick it up in person at the agency's offices in the old town. This wasn't very clear, as I thought I would receive the digital ticket directly on my phone. But in the end, it improved our experience: once there, we were given some good advice on how to avoid the queues and get the most out of the castle.

Upon arrival, the staff gave us a brief explanation. Then they handed us a map and tickets to the four main tourist attractions. The audio guide worked perfectly, and you could follow the instructions using the maps provided. I highly recommend this if you don't want to do a guided tour. Thank you!
