The ability to buy tickets online makes the whole process quick and easy. Once we arrived, our guide—who also spoke Italian—gave us some introductory information: a bit of Czech history, notable figures, and an overview of the different areas included in the ticket, as well as the opening hours of various sites (St. Vitus Cathedral) and the schedules for some very atmospheric traditional events, such as the changing of the guard. All of these aspects made the ticket well worth the price. Don’t miss the panoramic views from the terrace.

The castle is wonderful! Unfortunately, it was not possible to visit the part about Czech soldiers in World War II as it was not included! I also think that a ticket costing around €30 should include the audio guide, which is charged separately at €5.00, and the visit to the tower with its 270 steps, which costs €8.00. The location is wonderful, but the additional costs not included make the visit incomplete! Thank you anyway.

It was convenient to get our tickets . We did not have to figure out where to purchase them and stand in line. Our guide gave us an excellent overview on castle history and what to especially look out for in each building. We appreciated her tip on viewing the garden which we could have easily missed.

Please meet the representative with a blue and white umbrella in front of the main entrance to St. Vitus Cathedral, who will exchange your voucher for a ticket to the Prague Castle interiors.

A working internet connection is essential for the online audio guide to work properly.

Meet the representative at the corner of the Prague Castle complex's III courtyard next to the St. Vitus Cathedral. Look out for an open blue and white umbrella. It is strongly advised to enter the Prague Castle complex from the side entrance of the Pražský Hrad tram station.

If you have opted for the mobile guide, you will also receive an introduction to the guide functionality, along with an orientation map.

Your ticket is valid for 2 days from the day you receive it and allows you one-time entry to each attraction from circuit B.
