This is a really great experience, there is so much to learn about FC Porto. It takes a lot of time to go through the museum, so many displays and trophies to see. The stadium tour is also great, I have only been in the stadium as an away supporter from Nottingham Forest, so it's great to see the rest of the stadium.

The cruise itself is a beautiful one on the Douro River. When you also factor in the cost and length of time at just under an hour, it is more than worthwhile and I advise anyone looking at doing something like this to book here.

Tour was great, good commentary, comfortable, great staff. The issues were that headout apparently couldn't tell us who the trip was booked with, so we had to guess which of the many operators located at the pick up point we were supposed to report to. Once we had located the correct operator it transpired they didn't have a boat departing at the time we had booked with headout. As we had another commitment afterwards we couldn't wait for their next available departure from that location and had to walk 15 minutes to a different location where a boat was shortly due to leave. I appreciate headout is a 3rd party service and not present at the point of departure but it appears headout needs to have much better communication with the actual operator so that clear information is available to the paying customer, to avoid them experiencing unnecessary stress and inconvenience as we did.

A pleasant 45-minute walk across the six bridges. Perfect before dinner. The only thing is, since there are several ticket booths, you have to keep asking which one is the right one because the online reservation tickets don't give many clues.

I don't have much experience exploring club facilities. I bought my tickets online. It was incredibly easy. What caught my eye was the good organization and interesting layout of the space. Back when I was more immersed in European competitions, among other things, those were good times for Porto. I was a true supporter, perhaps a little thanks to my compatriot Józef Młynarczyk. Visiting FC Porto was very enjoyable. Getting the tickets and into the stadium did not cause us any issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great seeing the many different parts to the stadium, from the dugouts and changing rooms to the fancy boxes and comfier seats. We now would love to come and watch a football game next time we visit.

Stadium tours are not guided. While it’s not led by a guide, a staff member will be there to assist and keep things on track.

Museum tours are conducted freely, with no restrictions during opening hours.

Stadium tours are timed, so when you arrive, it is mandatory to schedule your stadium tour time at the FC Porto Museum reception.

Stadium tours are not available on match days, on the eve of UEFA match days, or during major events on the pitch.

Stadium tours may be cancelled or modified without prior notice and are subject to maximum capacity.

The FC Porto Museum is closed on Dec 25, Jan 1, Easter Sunday, and on the morning of Saint John’s Day (Jun 24). On Dec 24 and 31, the museum is open from 10am to 4pm.

Children aged 0 to 4 years old can enter free of charge. However, a ticket must be collected from the museum reception, and an adult ticket must be presented.

All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
