The experience was very good, I used the showers and experience the lounge for 6h. I would have liked proper lockers to leave my luggage and not having to carry it with me constantly. Food was very good and very kind staff in all the lounge.

The lounge was quiet with comfortable seating which we needed with a long wait at the airport . The shower was excellent without a wait and we had a complimentary massage . The food was average and we had expected better for the price . The staff were pleasant and the service was good. The adjoining Lounge looked very busy so we were glad we paid extra for the First Lounge despite the mediocre food .

I thought the freshly prepared food was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly recently though for some English wasn't their primary language. The toilets were exceptionally clean too

I felt not good value for money . Food selection very simplistic and not particularly tasty . Alcohol selection ok but service slow . 3 waiters available with only me needing a drink just seemed to take his time . No kindness or service attention at all. Table was not cleared away in a timely manner after we had eaten . I moved dirty plates to an empty table . Hardly any one using the premium first and now I know why.
