Excellent service from booking on line to meeting the lounge reception staff on arrival. The lounge was busy but staff cleared away plates etc with minimal noise. We were booked a shower time on check in which worked like clockwork and we both felt refreshed after the first long haul flight and ready for the second. The shower cubical was clean with fluffy towels and toiletry's provided. We would not hesitate to book again

The lounge was good , however for the price paid the food selection was not great - adequate menu. Washrooms ( ladies ) needs more attention. Also when we tried to find a seat we noted many of the areas near vacant seats had previous passengers used plates and glasses still not removed

The staff are friendly. The temperature was extremely cold; I was shivering at one point. Need to have more food options and fruit options. Shower was great. Warm and cozy. The free massage was misleading - while booking it doesn't say that's it's only available on gate 16 lounge.

I expected the lounge to have at least reclining chairs for resting, as that is generally what airport lounges are meant for especially while waiting for a flight. We booked the lounge for six hours, assuming we would be accommodated with comfortable, reclining seating. However, there were no reclining chairs at all, and not all seating areas even had power outlets to charge our phones. I would not recommend this lounge. The regular seating outside the lounge actually has reclining chairs, which makes this even more disappointing. I regret booking this lounge.
