Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of seating but not that comfortable. If, like me, you have a nine hour night time layover, then I would recommend a lounge upgrade from this standard lounge as there are no comfy or recliner type chairs for a nap, so it was a long not very comfy night. The shower facility in the other hand was great, spotlessly clean, huge white fluffy towels provided together with toiletries and you can select your preferred time. Food provided was OK but not much Continental type offered. I would use this lounge again but not for a long night time layover. For three hour stay it would be great.

Very professional and efficient customer service, quality of the food and beverages of a high standard and complimentary journals / publications a thoughtful inclusion. The relaxing nature of the Lounge helped enormously to make our extended layover mid-flight to Australia much more comfortable than it would otherwise have been.

Great friendly staff and lots of delicious food and drinks. A calm and relaxed atmosphere in a busy airport. The shower rooms are lovely with everything you need. Unfortunately on the day I was there they had no massages on at all, so that was a little disappointing, hence the 4*rating.

The staff are friendly. The temperature was extremely cold; I was shivering at one point. Need to have more food options and fruit options. Shower was great. Warm and cozy. The free massage was misleading - while booking it doesn't say that's it's only available on gate 16 lounge.

Brilliant and exactly what I needed. I was on a quick layover after a 13h flight and was in desperate need of freshening up before my upcoming 10h flight. It was clean; staff were friendly and I was able to relax before getting a lovely shower. Absolutely brilliant

It was pretty average, was quite busy and not many comfortable seating for resting before a long flight. Area was quite small and crowded, although the food and drinks was unlimited and included in the reservation price. The food was pretty generic and basic.

Overall an ok experience. The lounge was oversubscribed with some customers unable to find a seat. I found very little food options as coeliac, even though it states on the site that good options are available. There were 6 hot food trays and one was gluten friendly which was rice... The showers are the biggest upside, very clean and lovely towels. But for the money paid I personally do not feel it met expectations and wouldn't necessarily book again.

The lounge was was great, not overcrowded, food and drink on offer. The best part of the whole lounge experience is the use of the shower failities pre flight, makes all the doifference when tracelling internationally.
