It was ok. Had some food and even had a shower. Staff was good except for one. Shower was scheduled for 4am. I came to the counter at 4.05am to enquire about Shower. The staff said to me 'can't u see i am busy u have to wait im alone!' In front of 4 guests. I went in front again and he said the same thing again. He called me at 4.30am. Told this another staff n said this person is new.

After 13 hours of travel and facing a 6 hour layover, we arrived at the lounge desperate for a shower. Initially all showers times were booked, but the staff noticed how exhausted we were and kindly found on opening for us. That small act of kindness turned our layover into a moment of relief and recovery. Truly grateful for the thoughtful service

The showers were clean and nice and the staff were pleasant which are the only reasons I didn't give this a lower score. This is a very expensive and not very comfortable solution to a long transit. Better to just brave it in the termninal, try for one of the more comfortable seats by gate 66 and pay for a separate shower and food.
