The service was excellent in every department. The staff are friendly, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. In comparison to my experience last year which was in a different lounge (perhaps an older Cathay terminal?) which was crowded and ordinary. I would recommend taking the opportunity to use the Premium Lounge to other travellers who may have a longer than usual lay-over.

Pretty good lounge with a comfortable atmosphere, clean facilities, and friendly staff. The food and drinks were decent overall. The only downside was the limited vegetarian options—there wasn’t much variety for vegetarians. Expanding the vegetarian menu would make the experience even better. Overall, a good place to relax before a flight.

Paid for our family of four due to a long stop over on a long haul flight. Atteneded the Gate 35 lounge when it opened at 6am. Food choices were not extensive and that is the main gripe, but the lounge itself was very clean and well serviced by staff. We wanted to shower to refresh for our next flight and were well looked after by the staff.

I enjoyed my visit to the Plaza Prdmium lounge 60. Janet and others helped me out when I couldn't find what I wanted. The smiling faces made for a pleasant experience. My shower was wonderfully refreshing. I would recommend using this faculty if you have a long layover.

Ver clean showers, good food selection, friendly staff. It was a little warm inside on the day I was there, possibly because of air conditioning issues, but it did not undermine the experience too much for me.

On arrival was greeted with friendly staff, Had an excellent experience with the lounge. Shower facilities excellent couldn't of asked for anything more. Overall an enjoyable experience.
