It was ok. Had some food and even had a shower. Staff was good except for one. Shower was scheduled for 4am. I came to the counter at 4.05am to enquire about Shower. The staff said to me 'can't u see i am busy u have to wait im alone!' In front of 4 guests. I went in front again and he said the same thing again. He called me at 4.30am. Told this another staff n said this person is new.

After 13 hours of travel and facing a 6 hour layover, we arrived at the lounge desperate for a shower. Initially all showers times were booked, but the staff noticed how exhausted we were and kindly found on opening for us. That small act of kindness turned our layover into a moment of relief and recovery. Truly grateful for the thoughtful service

We booked the lounge due to a 3 hour layover in Hong Kong after a long flight. The lounge was very crowded at this time and limited seating. We tried to book a shower to refresh for the next leg, but were told there were no spaces available until closing. We managed to find some lounge chairs eventually but was so stuffy we decided to leave and walk in the airport instead. We would probably not book this again based on our experience.

We took the 6-hour plan because we had a long transit time in Hong Kong. We arrived at Hong Kong International Airport in the morning and compared the plan with hotel day stay plans while wondering whether to enter the border, etc. We decided on this plan which allowed us to spend time in the airport and have food and drink. I was confirmed within 5 minutes of purchase, so I was able to take a shower, have a beer, and spend some time at leisure without time loss.

Getting into the lounge was a very easy and quick process. Somewhat easy to find the location. The staff were lovely and accomodating. Promotly booking us for a shower at 12pm. One issue was the shower was not ready until after 12pm even though we booked 4hrs prior. Variety of food was very limited. Some wait time to get drinks at the bar. Would of liked more quiet areas with more comfortable seating. We would use the seevice again but only for a short time.
