I knew Florence it's must see city, but now that i've experienced it for myself, seeing it's Galleries, Museums, the incredible art people left behind for centuries, im proud to be alive and to be a human beeing. The Pitti Palace has a beautiful collection of artworks. There are so many pieces that I can't choose the most beautiful one. As for the garden, it was undergoing renovation works, so we couldn't enjoy it as we should have.

The Pitti Palace was an exceptional experience. We loved the history, art and particularly the costume gallery. As older visitors our legs did not appreciate the Bobboli Gardens.

OMG there's not a corner without something gorgeous, sumptuous, sublime, or just plain beautiful!! The wall coverings, ceilings, floors, and the vast collection of paintings, sculptures, artifacts, porcelain vases, and more, are altogether and on their own, worth your time and rapt attention. Signage is very useful, it describes the rooms, the art within, and historical aspects. I loved the costume & fashion rooms! Be sure to go to the top of Boboli Gardens too, the view at the top & paths there are wonders!

No fuss-quick access🤸, full of ever-changing history, Art through the ages..very impressive 👏. The gardens are splendid although a lot of building 👷‍♂️ work going on. Anyhoo overall thoroughly enjoyable few hours. Recommended.

Too much to do in 1 day unless you start earlier in the morning. If you go in the warmer months, being lots of water for when you walk the garden as it is so large, you can get lost.

Everything went smoothly. However, we were surprised by the crowds during the off-season. Three things should have been pointed out during booking. If you want to walk through the Vasari Corridor, you have to book that separately. Where and how that is possible on Headout, I still haven't figured out. In addition, it would make sense to provide an audio guide not only for the Uffizi Gallery, but also for the Pitti Palace. Access to the additional rooms on the second floor of the Pitti Palace must also be booked separately with a specific time slot. Here too, I have no idea how that would have been possible through the website. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction work going on in the Boboli Gardens, which takes away from the charm for quite some time, as it stretches across the entire garden. Headout obviously cannot do anything about the construction site. The other points, however, should be taken into account in the booking options.

The climb from the square to the Pitti Palace entrance is steep (up to 20% gradient); wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility should have an accompanying person.

From the courtyard, you can access the Palatine Gallery (1st floor) via stairs or lifts, located on the right near the cloakroom.

Boboli Gardens are fully pedestrianized and not accessible by vehicle; however, disability badge holders may park nearby.

Boboli Gardens are undergoing extensive long-term maintenance/restoration; some pathways, statues, and fountains may be closed, scaffolded, or temporarily inaccessible.

Even with skip-the-line access, wait times may vary dues to mandatory security checks, plan ahead.
