SoloVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5OMG there's not a corner without something gorgeous, sumptuous, sublime, or just plain beautiful!! The wall coverings, ceilings, floors, and the vast collection of paintings, sculptures, artifacts, porcelain vases, and more, are altogether and on their own, worth your time and rapt attention. Signage is very useful, it describes the rooms, the art within, and historical aspects. I loved the costume & fashion rooms! Be sure to go to the top of Boboli Gardens too, the view at the top & paths there are wonders!SSieghard S
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The on-site service and helpfulness were great: we arrived too late, but were able to rebook our tickets for the next day. The on-site staff were very helpful. They immediately stepped in to ensure we got new tickets. The combination was just right for Florence.SStephen C
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5No fuss-quick access🤸, full of ever-changing history, Art through the ages..very impressive 👏. The gardens are splendid although a lot of building 👷♂️ work going on. Anyhoo overall thoroughly enjoyable few hours. Recommended.CClaire M
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5Too much to do in 1 day unless you start earlier in the morning. If you go in the warmer months, being lots of water for when you walk the garden as it is so large, you can get lost.RRouven D
CoupleVerified booking3 days ago4/5Everything went smoothly. However, we were surprised by the crowds during the off-season. Three things should have been pointed out during booking. If you want to walk through the Vasari Corridor, you have to book that separately. Where and how that is possible on Headout, I still haven't figured out. In addition, it would make sense to provide an audio guide not only for the Uffizi Gallery, but also for the Pitti Palace. Access to the additional rooms on the second floor of the Pitti Palace must also be booked separately with a specific time slot. Here too, I have no idea how that would have been possible through the website. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction work going on in the Boboli Gardens, which takes away from the charm for quite some time, as it stretches across the entire garden. Headout obviously cannot do anything about the construction site. The other points, however, should be taken into account in the booking options.

What to expect
Boboli Gardens
The Boboli Gardens are one of Florence’s most impressive examples of Renaissance landscape design. Spanning terraces, grottos, fountains, and sculpture-lined pathways, the gardens were shaped over centuries under the Medici family. As you walk, you’ll see how art, architecture, and nature were carefully arranged to create a sense of grandeur and harmony.
Features
-
Renaissance landscape design: Explore a vast garden shaped over centuries by the Medici family, where long avenues, manicured lawns, and hidden grottos illustrate the evolution of Italian garden architecture.
-
Art & sculpture in open air: As you walk, you’ll encounter classical statues, ornamental fountains, and landmarks like the Fountain of Neptune and the Egyptian obelisk, transforming the gardens into an open-air museum of history and art.
-
Bardini Gardens and Porcelain Museum: Your visit includes access to these sites, offering panoramic city views and a collection of decorative arts.
-
Upgrades: Pair your visit to Pitti Palace with timed access to the Palatine Gallery for a seamless, art-rich deep dive, or extend it into a 5-day Florence journey with fast-track entry to the Uffizi Gallery and an audio guide that brings the city’s masterpieces to life.
