The hospitality was very good at the park. Right from ticket collection till end of the show was perfect. The only problem came in during departure after show, the local taxi goons weren't allowing Grab/ bolt to come pickup customers. The park should take note of it

The bundle package was great value for my family of 6. We all had an amazing day at the waterpark and spent the entire day there. The day trip to the islands was fantastic, the weather in June was perfect. Mossie the tour guide for the day was great fun and kept the day flowing smoothly. Everyone had fun snorkeling. One note not mentioned in the booking app is that you need 400thb per adult for the national park entry on top of your booking, however don't let this distract booking this experience I would highly recommend this experienceGuido

I had actually planned to visit the Phuket Fantasea with my girlfriend (36 years old). Unfortunately, she was unable to come at short notice and her much younger relative (17 years old) wanted to come along. We both found the park very nice. Feeding the elephants and the game booths were particularly fun. There was something for everyone at the buffet and the quality of the food was excellent. Finally, we watched the show and were amazed at how elaborate, varied, captivating and authentic the performance was. We would both recommend the Phuket Fantasea to anyone at any time.Mark

Absolutely fantastic show, which was well worth it. The dinner on the other hand was subpar, but we had no option as only tickets available for the night we wanted to go included dinner.
